Sushila lost to Michaela Whitebooi in Final (48kg). Its 2nd CWG medal for Sushila (Earlier also Silver in 2014 edition).

Vijay Kumar Yadav wins Bronze medal in Judo (60kg) after beating Cyprus judoka in Bronze medal match.

Jasleen Singh Saini loses the Bronze medal bout in Judo (Men's 66kg) to Australian judoka.

Badminton:

Defending Champion India storm into Final of Badminton Mixed Doubles event after beating Singapore 3-0. Satwik/Chirag, Sindhu & Lakshya won their matches in straight games. India will take on Malaysia in Final tomorrow at 10:00 PM hrs IST

Hockey:

CWG | Weightlifting (Men's 81kg): Ajay Singh finished 4th lifting total of 319kg (143kg in Snatch + 176kg in C&J).

Swimming:

Srihari Nataraj finishes 5th in Final of 50m Backstroke clocking 25.23s (0.58s behind the leader).

Sajan Prakash finished last in his Heat clocking 54.36 secs in Men's 100m Butterfly event. Overall Sajan finished 19th (out of 47 athletes) | Top 16 qualify for Semis.

Boxing:

Star Boxer Amit Panghal advances to Quarter Final (51kg) with unanimous decision verdict win  (5:0) over Namri Berri (VAN) in 1st round.Amit is now just one win away from a medal. QF bout on Thursday.

Mohammad Hussamuddin eases into Quarter Final (57kg) with unanimous verdict (5:0) 2nd round win over Bangladeshi pugilist. He is just one win away from a medal. QF bout on Wednesday.

Ashish Kumar sails into QF (80kg) with unanimous verdict win (5:0) in 1st round. Ashish is just one win away from a medal. His QF bout scheduled for Wednesday.

Gymnastics:

Pranati  Nayak finishes 5th in with score of 12.699 in Vault Final.

Squash:
