Pramod Bhagat wins the GOLD medal in Paralympics Badminton (SL3 category); defeated British shuttler 21-14, 21-17 in Final.

Manoj Sarkar wins the Bronze medal in Paralympics Badminton (SL3 category); defeated Japanese shuttler 22-20, 21-13 in the Bronze medal match.

Krishna Nagar wins Paralympics Gold medal in Badminton Men’s singles SH6 category ; beats (21-17, 16-21, 21-17) Hong Kong shuttler in 3 sets.

Suhas Yathriraj wins Paralympics Silver medal in Badminton Men’s singles SL4 category; loses to top seed Lucas Mazur 21-15, 17-21, 15-21 in Final.

Table Tennis

SILVER medal for India at Paralympics as Bhavina Patel goes down to World No. 1 Chinese paddler 0-3 in Final. It’s 1st ever Table Tennis medal for India at the Paralympics.

Archery

Harvinder Singh creates history by becoming 1st ever Indian archer to win the Paralympics medal. Harvinder got the better of Korean archer 6-5 to win the Bronze medal.


Shooting

Avani Lekhara creates history by becoming the first-ever Indian woman to win a GOLD medal at the Paralympics. Avani Lekhara wins the Paralympics Bronze medal in the 50m Rifle 3P SH1 event. It’s the 2nd medal for Avani here in Tokyo (Earlier won the Gold in 10m Air Rifle). Avani becomes 1st Indian female to win 2 Paralympics medals.

Manish Narwal wins the Gold, in the Paralympics Mixed 50m pistol SH1 event. Manish created the Paralympic record as he amassed 218.2 points to clinch the gold.

Singhraj Adhana wins the Bronze medal in 10m Air pistol (SH1 class). and Singhraj wins Silver in Paralympics Mixed 50m pistol with 216.7 points in SH1 event.

Sumit Antil wins GOLD medal in Paralympics Men’s F64 Javelin Throw event with World record attempt of 68.55 meters.

Silver & Bronze medal for India in Paralympics Men’s High Jump (T42) event. Mariyappan wins the Silver medal, and Sharad Kumar wins a Bronze medal. Mariyappan had won a Gold medal at Rio Paralympics.

Sundar Singh Gurjar wins Paralympics Bronze medal in Men’s F46 Javelin Throw event with the best attempt of 64.01m.

Devendra wins the Silver medal in Paralympics Javelin Throw (F46 event) creating his New Personal Best mark of 64.35m. It’s 3rd Paralympics medal for 40 yr old legend.
